Sleep Inn

When I come to NC , pretty much every year on holidays, graduation, Mother’s Day, etc. I always stay here. The staff allows me to check in before 3pm, willing to change my reservation if I come a day earlier or stay a day later. It’s a hotel, so no one is really in control with the noise, so you can’t put that on the hotel or management. Everyone is nice. Greets you from the time you arrive at the door. I wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in garner. The room is always clean and acceptable.

I stayed from last Friday, 5-17-24 and checkout on Sunday 5-19-24. The location was hard to get to but this is not entirely the hotel's fault because there was construction going on in the area. In general, i enjoyed my stay, the hotel manager was very courteous and seemed very happy to have me as a guest in the hotel. At one point I was having problem with the AC/Heat and one of the staff walked with me to my room after having a very nice hot breakfast on Saturday morning, he then showed me how to control the unit. Thanks to the hotel manager and staff who made my stay a very pleasant one.

Front desk super nice and helpful. Hot Breakfast back and good. Room 218 has issues. First I don't want to look at an iron and ironing board hanging of the wall the entire stay. Beds 1 was on a metal frame that sounded like a rollaway. Very firm can feel the springs hurt my back. Microwave shoved in TV stand had to force it out to use it but didn't heat anything. Loved the Kurig. Had our own cups. Toilet had the low flow push button on the toilet bowl. Not very helpful if you cannot contort your arm behind you. TV updated and lots of channels.

The staff was fantastic. I had a tough time trying to figure out how to change the water temp in the shower, and was able to figure it out the second time around. The room was adequately clean.

Great location right off of the highway with easy access. Room was comfortable and clean, AC worked great, and the bed gave a much-needed great night's sleep! Staff was extremely pleasant, check-in process was easy. If you haven't stayed with Sleep Inn lately, I would definitely give them a chance since they've been incorporated into the Choice Hotels brand. And the price was great, less than $100 for a Saturday night!

Savannah and Don truly define the definition of customer service. Don greeted me with smiles and a tone of “Welcome home”, meanwhile Savannah also greeted me with smiles and Johnny-on-the-spot with any accommodations and phenomenal expertise. The decor superseded what you would expect of the low price we paid. Although the landscaping could use a little improvement, with the warm, heartfelt customer service, the extra toiletries and modern-day rooms, it is guaranteed that I’ll book future stays with this location

The staff was courteous, especially Brandon. He was very helpful while we were there. Clean rooms and the breakfast was good. Plenty of choices from waffles (huge) to eggs and gravy. No issues during our stay. Thanks for making it easy to check in and out!

I had to saty here fot a little over a month recently. The stay was extremely pleasant. From warm lighting and colors, to extremely pleasant desk clerks, room service personnel and the owner, I was impressed. The breakfast was top notch and always satisfied my needs in the morning. The room was clean and comfy. Highly recommended and I will visit again. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Clean and quiet. Only complaint I have is shower took a very long time to get warm and then was more tepid than warm. Breakfast was good and offered several choices
